1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies exclusively to the Marven mobile application (hereinafter referred to as the "App"), a professional and lightweight video-to-Live conversion tool. Tailored for general users and social media content creators, Marven focuses on providing one-click video conversion services, enabling users to convert their favorite video clips into vivid Live dynamic images easily. This policy elaborates on how we collect, store, use, protect and process user data during the use of our core video-to-Live function and related auxiliary services.

By accessing and using the Marven App and its services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to all terms of this Privacy Policy. If you do not accept any part of this policy, please immediately stop using all functions and services of the App.

2. Age Eligibility

Marven is strictly available only for users aged 18 and above. Individuals under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering, accessing and using this App and all its core functions. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we accidentally obtain data belonging to minors under 18, we will permanently and completely delete all relevant data in a timely manner. You warrant and confirm that you are an adult user with full civil capacity when using our services.

3.1 No Facial Data Collection: During the entire video-to-Live conversion process, we do not collect, recognize, analyze, store or extract any facial biometric information, facial feature data or other sensitive biological data. Our technical processing only focuses on video frame extraction and Live format conversion, without any facial recognition and biometric data acquisition behavior.

3.2 No Third-Party Data Transmission: We strictly implement closed-loop data management. We will never share, transmit, sell, rent or disclose users’ uploaded video files, generated Live images and personal usage data to any third-party institutions, enterprises or individuals, except for mandatory requirements stipulated by national laws and judicial procedures. The App has no third-party data sharing interface and data docking mechanism.

3.3 Strict Privacy Protection Mechanism: We adopt full-link data security protection measures for all user content and data. All uploaded videos and generated Live works are encrypted during transmission and storage. We do not retain user original video files without authorization for a long time. Users have full independent control over their creative content, and all data processing behaviors are traceable to prevent unauthorized access, leakage, tampering and loss of user data.

3.4 Full Compliance Operation: All data collection, processing, storage, transmission and protection operations of the App fully comply with the Personal Information Protection Law, Cybersecurity Law and other relevant national laws and regulations, as well as international general privacy protection standards. All service behaviors are standardized and compliant, with no illegal data processing or privacy infringement acts.

4. Information We Collect

We only collect the minimum necessary data required to realize the core video-to-Live conversion function, and will not collect any excessive, irrelevant or sensitive personal information. The collected data is limited to the following two categories:

4.1 User Active Uploaded Content

Content actively uploaded and generated by users for completing video-to-Live conversion:

• Original Video Files: Short videos and video clips uploaded by users for Live image conversion.

• Generated Live Images: Live dynamic images generated by the App’s professional format conversion technology based on user-uploaded videos.

4.2 Basic System Operation Data

To ensure the stable operation of the App and optimize user experience, we automatically collect non-identifiable basic device and operation data, including device model, operating system version, App running logs and function usage records. Such data cannot independently identify the user's personal identity, and we will not associate it with any user's private creative content.

5. Purpose of Data Usage

All collected data is only used for legitimate and necessary service operation purposes, and will not be used for any unauthorized commercial or illegal purposes:

• Provide core services: Complete professional video frame processing and format conversion, and generate standard Live dynamic images for users.

• Optimize product experience: Analyze function operation data, continuously optimize conversion fluency, image quality and compatibility of the video-to-Live function.

• Ensure service security: Identify abnormal operations and illegal use behaviors to maintain the normal and stable operation of the App.

6. Data Sharing and Disclosure

In accordance with our core commitment of no third-party data transmission, user data implements full closed-loop management. Except for mandatory requirements of national laws, regulations and judicial procedures, we will never disclose, share or transmit any user’s uploaded videos, generated Live works and personal usage data to any third parties. All video processing and format conversion services are independently completed by our compliant system without relying on third-party data service institutions.

7. Data Storage and Security Protection

We strictly implement privacy protection mechanisms to fully safeguard user data security:

• All user uploaded videos and generated Live images are protected by end-to-end encryption during transmission and storage to avoid unauthorized access, data leakage and tampering.

• Original video files will not be stored permanently by default. The system will automatically clean up redundant original files after the conversion service is completed to protect user content privacy.

• Users can independently delete local and cloud creative records including original videos and Live works at any time. We will completely erase the corresponding data without residual backup after receiving the deletion instruction.

• Internal strict data access permission management is implemented, and no staff can privately view or obtain user creative content and private data.

8. User Rights

Eligible adult users have full and independent legitimate rights to their uploaded content and personal data:

• Right of Access: Users can view personal upload records and generated Live works in the App in real time.

• Right of Deletion: Users can independently delete all personal uploaded videos and converted Live image records.

• Right of Consent Withdrawal: Users have the right to stop authorizing data processing services at any time by ceasing to use the App.

9. User Content Statement

All Live dynamic images generated by the App are secondary creations based on user-uploaded independent videos. Users shall bear full legal responsibility for the authenticity, legality and compliance of all uploaded video materials and generated content. Users are prohibited from using this App to upload, convert and spread illegal, pornographic, violent, infringing and other bad content. We reserve the right to terminate the service qualification of violating users and pursue corresponding legal responsibilities.

During all video processing and Live conversion procedures, we strictly abide by the no facial data collection commitment, and no facial feature identification or biometric data collection will be involved.

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The App only uses basic Cookies to maintain the normal operation of basic functions, and will not use tracking technologies to collect user privacy data. Users can disable Cookies through device settings, and this operation will not affect the use of the core video-to-Live conversion function.

11. Policy Updates

We will update and revise this Privacy Policy irregularly in accordance with national legal requirements and product iteration progress to maintain full compliance.
